Duties include Systems Management Functions, which consist of systems and applications development planning, coordination of systems operations, usage and security, as well as user education and certification planning. Most recent projects completed included initiating and implementing full-blown E-Commerce application with Online Store and Database, and implementation of Y2K compatible accounting system using Encore Impact from SysPro. Other projects completed included bringing Road Champs and certain affiliates onto the World Wide Web, implementation of EDI communications with External Warehousing Facility for Order and Invoice Processing as well as EDI Coordination for Customers, Y2K Assessment of Entire Company including Hong Kong affiliate companies and manufacturing facilities. Duties included Systems Software Support and Management on a 300 Novell based PC Network, System Debugging, End User Support and Training, Software and Hardware Analysis, Installation, debugging and troubleshooting. Other duties included maintaining customer support information data systems, liaison duties between end users and outside contractors, scheduling of preventative maintenance and service, as well as maintaining weekly informational reports regarding equipment and software for presentation to upper management.

Duties included Systems Software Control and Management on a 250 User Novell Domain based PC and Macintosh Network, New Product Evaluation, Testing and Purchase Recommendation, System Debugging, as well as User Training and Education. Other duties included participation in a four member IS rotation on User Help Desk duties to assist users with various difficulties with in the company with both computer software and equipment.
